The Chicago Bears have been in the national spotlight for a few weeks now. As one of the two teams linked to the Carson Wentz trade, the Bears were brought up in conversation, usually negatively or at least unjustly by multiple major network talking heads. Now, Russell Wilson naming Chicago as one of four teams he would be open to a trade with should he and Seattle not come to a resolution has open the floodgates once again. To get more news about bears jersey online, you can visit bearsbuy official website.

This is not the first time, nor will it be the last time that the Chicago Bears take negative heat on the national stage. The organization has not earned the right to be talked about over the last two decades, but that should not allow lazy reporting and hypocrisy to be accepted either.

The Chicago Bears were technically one of five teams Russell Wilson is open to playing for in 2021. He has not officially requested a trade as Deshaun Watson has, but he clearly is not happy with the way things are going in Seattle. The teams Wilson listed off were the Dallas Cowboys, Las Vegas Raiders, Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints.

Russell Wilson has a no-trade clause and has some say in what team he can be traded to if the Seahawks were to ever move him. Wilson will be 33 during the 2021 season, but he has plenty of elite years in his future. Wilson is set to earn $32 million dollars this season. His dead cap hit is extremely high at $58 million, making a trade a little more difficult (but not impossible).

Bleacher Report recently took a look at the four teams listed by Russell Wilson and ranked them in order of which team has the best chance of landing Wilson (excluding the Seahawks) in a trade.
