This is the band's second anime theme song work following the OP theme for the TV anime Eagle Talon: Golden Spell in 2020. The band's guitarist Asahi says, "In Aho-Girl, the protagonist was aho (an idiot), but this time, everyone is aho, so it's very fun. We tried our best to make this comedy as hilarious as possible."

The 24th compiled book volume of Kazuhiro Fujita's Sou-Bou-Tei Kowasu Beshi (Sou-Bou-Tei Must Be Destroyed) manga revealed on Thursday that the manga will end with its 25th volume, which will ship this summer.

The manga launched in 2012, and updates four times a year. The manga also has a four-panel spinoff manga titled Naoko no Kobachi. A separate manga adaptation for the anime launched on Akita Shoten's free manga website "Manga Cross" on January 28. Original creator Osamu Kashiwara is writing the story for the new manga.

215 theaters began selling the two Blu-ray Disc editions on the same day that they began playing the film. 93 "leading" theaters reported their five-day sales figures from Friday to Tuesday, while another 122 theaters reported their three-day sales figures from Friday to Sunday. Regular retail stores will begin selling the film's Blu-ray Discs later.

Discotek Media more recently released the movie on DVD in April 2017, and on Blu-ray Disc in June 2020. The publisher released the OVAs on DVD in September 2017, and on Blu-ray Disc in August 2020.



Play-Asia previously listed a game last year with the title "Super Robot Wars (30th Anniversary)" for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. The franchise celebrated its 30th anniversary on April 20 earlier this year.
