投資騙案翻倍 30人痛失千萬

　　「嗰筆錢係屋企人嘅醫療費，真係好無助同憤怒。」——投資人劉小姐也指被同一代理人游說開戶，去年一共注資約40萬港元到對方提供的賬戶。劉小姐稱自己有成功提取3000美元（約2.4萬港元），就以為投資獲利了，豈料最後連本帶利化為烏有。之後，劉小姐陸續接觸到了其他受害者，得知大家都是簽署了授權書，由涉事投資公司操盤，聲稱集資到「大倉」（主要購買平台），每日投資額不超過本金的20%，賺錢後需付35%手續費予該投資公司。可是，平台在1月25日突然爆煲，所有投資人的賬戶均變負數。
　　受害者3：
　　Lemon也說自己是在友人的介紹下，在同一證券商那裡開戶做外匯買賣交易，總共注資了40萬港元。起初賺到一些小利潤並成功提款，更是介紹了自己的另一位朋友共同參與，豈料平台爆煲。3個星期之前，他要求提款，但被涉事投資公司以各種理由拖延不給出金。最終，不僅自己損失慘重，還連累朋友也賠了30萬港元。
　　有受害者代表曾向英國及澳洲證券監管機構查詢此證券商是否持牌，這才發現該公司並未在英國註冊。雖然在澳洲有註冊，但因案件並非發生在澳洲境內，故無法得到受理，大家也只得報警求助。
　　經香港警方查證，此兩間涉事公司都沒有在香港證監 會註冊，有關代理人也不是持牌經紀。當被問及此事時，代理人曾強調自己與涉事公司並無關連，他也是去年9月透過朋友介紹在此證券商註冊開戶才發覺有錢賺，後來成為代理人。
　　據這位代理人透露，經他介紹的投資者，每投資一萬美元，他就能從中拿到2美元的佣金回贈。另外，對上還有兩個介紹人，其中一個已經失聯，而他在1月份看到該操盤團隊明賺暗蝕，不准大家提款時，就已協助受害者報警追討。
　　警方發言人指，旺角警署在1月25日也接獲一名男子報案，說有人於社交平台游說他進行外匯投資，他按指示將約16萬港元存入指定賬戶後懷疑受騙，於是報案。經警方初步調查得知，該案件中 共有28名受害人，損失金額超過49萬美元。此案件暫列作以欺騙手段取得財產，由旺角警區刑事調查隊跟進，暫未有人被捕。
