INDUSTRIAL PROGRESSING CAVITY PUMPS

A Moineau™ progressing cavity pump consists of a helical rotor, which turns inside a helical stator. The stainless steel rotor is machined to a high degree of precision, and the stator is moulded in a resilient elastomer. To get more news about magnetic drive pumps accessories, you can visit brysonpump.com official website.

This means that when the rotor is inserted into the stator, a double chain of honeycombed-shaped watertight cavities is created. When the rotor turns inside the stator, the honeycomb moves spirally along the axis of the pump, never changing shape or volume. This allows the product to be transferred from the pump intake to the pump discharge, without any degradation.
Designed with a highly modular and eco-friendly configuration, the PCM EcoMoineau™ M is the first eco-designed progressing cavity pump available on the market. This PCP gathers a lot of advantages including reduced space requirements, reduced life cycle costs, simplified servicing.

Through a concentrate of technology, the PCM EcoMoineau™ C pump is the shortest stainless-steel Progressing Cavity Pump on the market and the smart choice for a wide range of applications and industries (chemicals, minerals, paper,...).

As one of most compact cast iron PCP available today, the PCM Compact pump can handle a wide range of fluids with varying viscosities and solids and low Life Cycle Cost, thanks to simple design, cost-efficient maintenance and reduced weight.

With a simple yet sturdy/rugged design, PCM EcoMoineau™ MVA sludge pump allows you to combine constant productivity and cost-effectiveness even with the most complex fluids.

Metering systems with progressive cavity pumps are used whenever a material needs to be metered continuously. The progressive cavity pumps operates according to the volumetric metering principle. This enables single-component materials such as adhesives and sealants to be metered with very high precision. The metering chamber of the progressive cavity pump consists of a rotor and a stator. The rotor moves eccentrically and pulsation-free. This results in low shearing of the material, which is why metering systems with progressive cavity pumps are particularly suitable for abrasive materials and materials containing fillers.
