Hello, I have extensive experience as a broker and have decided to work independently after leaving my previous brokerage firm. However, to provide brokerage services in foreign countries, I need a license. Can someone suggest the best method to obtain such a license?

Securing licenses for broker and dealer activities abroad is a time-consuming process, and it is essential to keep this in mind. If you don't seek professional help, the process can take several months.

I've heard that getting a license can take about a month, but that doesn't account for the time it takes to gather the required documents or wait in line for the license.

When applying for financial industry licenses, it is essential to have accurate and up-to-date documents that verify your brokerage activities. Thales Capital has a long history of providing licensing services and has successfully helped many companies in obtaining licenses. They can also assist you in setting up a trust deed and obtaining an EMI license.
