DreamLine will operate as a unit of American Bath, with Chris Yankowich continuing as its president. The company provides branded glass shower doors, enclosures and accessories under the DreamLine and Arizona Shower Door brands.

Lincoln International LLC was financial adviser to DreamLine and MPE on the deal, with Jones Day acting as their legal adviser. RBC Capital Markets and Vinson & Elkins LLP were financial and legal advisers to American Bath, respectively.Banks should not fall victim to focusing on short-term results and should instead work to deliver long-term shareholder value, particularly in a world increasingly focused on ESG, according to a veteran of the investment community.
