JST WPJ wire-to-board and wire-to-wire connector is a compact, high current, waterproof secure locking system. WPJ uses a rubber seal with a grade seven ingress protecting rating. There are three different keying patterns to prevent mis-insertion. Available in 2 and 3 circuits. 18 to 22 AWG and a 5.00mm pitch.

Most waterproof connectors are large, expensive and difficult to handle in a production environment. The JST JWPF connector series offers a flexible, manufacturing friendly and cost effective solution to those customers looking for a reliable small factor solution for a waterproof IP67 rated product.

The new JWPS Series wire-to-board, wire-to-wire connectors offer engineers design flexibility with its small form factor solution for a waterproof IP67 rated product that is ideal for extreme moisture or submersion applications. From 2 to 4 circuits on a 2.0 mm (.079”) pitch (contact to contact) and 4.0 mm (.158”) pitch row to row spacing for double row versions are offered. These waterproof connectors deliver a cost-effective solution by utilizing a copper alloy tin plated tab contact and a copper alloy tin plated receptacle contact.

The new, JST PNI Series of crimp-style connectors offer both wire-to-board and wire-to-wire applications on a 2mm (0.79”) pitch. These versatile JST connectors offer design flexibility to incorporate either wire-to-wire or wire-to-board connections without switching to a different connector series.

The JST PSI connector series is designed for wire-to-board and wire-to-wire 4.0mm pitch connector. The PSI Connector series has a secure locking structure on the housing and low insertion force contacts.
