Deoxidizing catalyst (deoxidizing with hydrogen)

Deoxidizing catalyst (deoxidizing with hydrogen) developed by Hunan Xintan uses Al2O3 as catalytic carrier.Deoxidizing catalyst (deoxidizing with hydrogen) is widely applied in Hydrogen deoxygenation, nitrogen (argon) gas with hydrogen deoxygenation, synthesis gas, coal gas, coking dry gas deoxygenation, etc. Hydrogen deoxidation and nitrogen-mixed hydrogen deoxidation can be used at room temperature with condition of (3~10) ×103 h -1 airspeed,Residual oxygen content can reach below 1ppm . Syngas, coal gas, coking dry gas deoxygenation can be used at 110 ~ 140 ℃, pressure> 0.1Mpa, (1 ~ 4) × 103 hours-1 space velocity, and the residual oxygen and hydrogen gas content is below 1ppm.Get more news about Oxide Deoxidizing Catalyst, you can vist our website!
Operating Airspeed (h-1): Normal H2 (3 ~ 8) × 103, CO + H2 (1 ~ 3) × 103,

-Normal N2 (3 ~ 5) × 103, pure N2 (3 ~ 5) × 103, the normal H2 deoxygenation space velocity in the laboratory can reach 1 × 103 hours-1, and the residual oxygen content is <1ppm.

-Deoxidation /Dehydrogenation temperature: Both can be started at normal temperature (≥15 ℃). If the temperature is 50 ~ 80 ℃, the deoxidation effect is better. CO + H2 gas needs to be started at 110 ~ 150 ℃.

-Pressure: It can be operated under normal pressure or under pressure. The effect of pressure ≥0.1Mpa is better.

-Dehydrogenation depth: <1ppm.

-Service life (year): ≥5

Dehydrogenation operation requirements

-Once the catalyst has severely absorbed or soaked in water, it can be dried at 110 ° C for 6 hours to obtain regeneration.

-If the catalyst is stained with lye, it can be washed several times with anion or deionized water, and it can be regenerated by drying. Avoid condensation of ammonia on the catalyst.

-If the catalyst is contaminated with oil, it can be regenerated with an oxygen-containing gas (or air) at 500 to 550 ° C for 3-5 hours, and then reduced with hydrogen at 200 ° C for 2 to 4 hours to obtain regeneration.

-It can be regenerated by reducing with hydrogen at 300-500 ° C for 4 hours.

-The height-diameter ratio of this catalyst to the bed is generally required to reach 2: 1 ~ 4: 1, and it can be reduced to about 1: 1 in special cases, but the particle size of the catalyst should be reduced to Φ2~3 or 1~1.5. Can also be appropriately reduced airspeed use.
